Lets say we have 2 rectangles, which different in size, but the insulation patern is always supposed to be complete? 1/30/2016 · No it didn`t… Imagine i have a 0.14m wall thickness and i need to have an insulation batting hatch inside that. I import some CAD Hatch.PAT into Rhino then i change the hatch scale (in the dialog) but Hatch wont change properly to fit inside that wall. It doesn`t get any smaller than 0.05scale.

6/20/2016 · Yes, you can do that with the Hatch pattern. If you mean you want a single row of that pattern, such as to show insulation in a wall, you can do it with some care about the boundary, scale and origin, and of course the rotation angle when the wall direction isn’t horizontal.. That pattern is defined at 100 drawing units "high" per row of squiggles, so use a scale of the thickness divided by 100.
