however, it looks that length of dash are randomly. the issue caused by the PLINEGEN varible, by default, the value of PLINEGEN is 0, that means polyline use the vertexes of each segment to approach the linetype. Change the PLINEGEN to 1, that helps the dash are evenly for the whole polyline
