12/16/2010 · Click base point. Enter. Then, you’ll see in the command box at the bottom you can choose ‘reference’ – you do this by typing R’, then Enter . Then you click and rotate by way of 3 points as you can in microstation. Hope this helps. I am really struggling to adjust back to using microstation! It’s scary, because before then, I have used it for 6 years!
